RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

1.1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, but this is not mandatory.

1.2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method).

You must return the products to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if possible). Please ensure that the products are packed securely to avoid damage during the return shipment.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
